Mr. Abhishek Goyal is a Fellow Member of ICSI and a Law Graduate (LLB). He is the sole proprietor of M/s Goyal Abhishek & Associates, a registered PCS firm specializing in Income Tax and GST practice.

Prior to establishing his own practice, he served as Senior Associate at Chir Amrit Law Chambers, Jaipur — one of Rajasthan’s leading full-service law firms — where he independently handled corporate law matters, income tax search cases, appeals, settlement commission proceedings, mergers & demergers, appearances before CIT(A) and ITAT, and due diligence.

With over 13 years of rich experience in Corporate Law, Income Tax, and GST, he is a recognized thought leader in taxation. He has authored 25+ published articles in reputed journals such as Taxmann, Corporate Professionals Today, and ICSI publications. He is a trusted panelist on CAclubindia.com (2300+ queries answered) and runs the popular YouTube channel “The Tax Express” dedicated to tax awareness.

He is a Life Member of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners and Chamber of Tax Consultants. He has served on the Research & Publications Committee, NIRC-ICSI and the Editorial Board of NIRC Newsletter (2022–23).
