CS Jai Prakash Sharma is 42 years of age. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, besides being a Commerce Graduate.

Mr. Sharma has started his professional carrier in July 2000, with a medium scale widely held public limited company, M/s Punsumi India Limited, Jaipur as an Officer and served there for two and half years. He was overall in-charge of Secretarial and Commercial Departments, including in-house Share Registry Department.

He had handled all the matters relating to Company Law, Excise, Customs, Foreign Exchange etc. and dealt with SEBI, RBI, Excise Department, Stock Exchanges, Department of Company Affairs etc.

He has over 18 years experience in the field of Accounts, Finance and Company Law Matters.

Thereafter, in April 2003, he came into practice and promoted a proprietorship firm of Company Secretaries namely – JPS & Associates, which was subsequently converted into partnership firm.

He is presently looking after all the managerial aspects of the firm and having expertise in all the matters relating to Corporate Affairs, Listing requirements and Capital Market Issues; besides the matters related to restructuring and rehabilitation of companies.
