CS Mitesh is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and apart from that he holds MBA degree. He is having over 8 years of experience as a Practicing Company Secretary. He is well versed with all the matters related to Company Law and ROC matters, Compliances of Foreign Exchange Regulations, statutory reporting, Compliance Report and Corporate Governance. He is having good exposure in maintaining secretarial records as prescribed under Companies Act, 2013.

He looks after Project Funding, Equity Participation, Corporate & Legal Compliance Management and Due Diligence of the Companies with respect to Companies Act or any other laws or guidelines, Assist in preparation and maintenance of Secretarial / Mandatory/ statutory obligations & record. He has multi-faceted work experience in Initial Public Offering [IPO] & possesses good drafting skills.
